Tournaments
Virtual City Poker features daily, weekly and monthly guaranteed tournaments from participating card rooms, offering a variety of sit & goes, guarantees and freerolls. The Virtual City Poker tournament schedule is one of the most aggressive in the market today.
Virtual City Poker does not charge fees on any re-buy or add-ons made in its guaranteed tournaments. This means that 100% of your money goes to increasing the prize-pool.
Rounder Tournaments
Virtual City Poker card rooms offer "Rounder" tournaments with a unique structure as follows.
There will be five levels of tournaments for the Mini and Maxi Campaigns and eight for the Heads Up.
Qualifiers in each stage will receive a ticket to the next which can be used at any time providing it is within 21 days. Note - Rounders tickets expire 21 days after being won by the player.
Network players begin at Round One where they buy-in to the games at an affordable entry price, for example $5. Players can, however, buy-in at any stage. They can be in any poker room across the network, giving them the opportunity to play against diverse opponents.
Each set of Rounds will have a table of at least five players. Any number of Round sets can be running simultaneously.
Players buy-in to Round One for €5+€0.50, and are eliminated until two are left, and these two players are then freerolled into Round Two, a similar arrangement but with a higher buy-in of €11.50+€1.00. A full breakdown of the structures for each Rounders Campaign can be found below.
