Participation at Virtual City Poker is at the sole option, discretion and risk of the player. In particular, determination of the legality of real money Poker play is the player's sole responsibility. By placing real wagers, the player warrants that he/she is legally able to do so within his/her jurisdiction and that he/she accepts that we are unable to provide any warranties as to the legality or otherwise of their participation in real money play. Free games as offered by the Virtual City Poker (which require no real money play) is available to all, however please note Limitations will still apply.

For security reasons Virtual City Poker is unable to accept players from certain countries and regions.

Virtual City Poker reserves the right to close Real accounts registered from these jurisdictions. Winnings from these accounts will not be paid out more than the amount of the deposits made on the account.
