All promotions can only be claimed once per person, household, family, household address, email address, credit card number, or shared computer environment such as a library, workplace, fraternity, university or school.

Unless specifically stated otherwise no two promotions can be used in combination and promotions only apply to deposits and wagers on the Virtual City Poker download software.

In the event that you have not made a deposit at this or any other PokerRewards member poker room, you may not redeem more than one sign up bonus within the PokerRewards network, regardless of the individual poker room offering the sign up bonus.

You are only allowed one real active account. If you have more than one account at a poker room then all winnings will be void.

If the name on the account doesn't match the name on the credit card used to make deposits to the account then all winnings will be void.

This offer is only valid ONCE PER PLAYER and is only valid upon your INITIAL DEPOSIT at the poker room. You may only redeem this offer at ONE PokerRewards Partner poker room.

On completion of INITIAL DEPOSIT, the bonus amount will be deposited into a PokerRewards loyalty account where it will be held until the required Raked Hand turnover is complete. Raked Hand Turnover requirements are calculated at 10x bonus amount. This does not mean that you can't withdraw you initial deposit, only that you must meet the Raked Hand requirement specific for you bonus before the bonus will be released into your pokerroom account.

For the purpose of the sign up bonus, as well as any and all promotions / giveaways or reference to "Raked Hand," a raked hand will be defined as any hand that a player is dealt cards in a round and the pot is raked a minimum of 25c.

The Poker Room reserves the right to correct any error in bonus points, poker credits, and/or prizes awarded. Winnings will not be affected but the players balance will be adjusted to reflect the correct amount when any error is detected.

While the Poker Room protects all personal data entrusted to us, we reserve the right to use Players' first names in any Poker Room announcement pertaining to promotion results.

In the event that the Poker Room deems a player to have misused a Poker Room account for the exploitation of promotional offers, without ever demonstrating any degree of risk with personal funds or serious intention to play, the redemption of all such promotional offers, including but not limited to sign-up bonuses, will be suspended until such times as the player demonstrates a playing history whereby a risk of personal funds is periodically demonstrated at the Poker Room.

The sign up bonus is determined by the date an account is opened. If a player opens an account but leaves it dormant for a period of time, the player will still be awarded the sign up bonus that was active when they joined the Poker Room.

Any promotional CD offer distributed by a PokerRewards member poker room is for the intended recipient only and cannot be transferred. Players must have received a written invitation addressed to them from PokerRewards member poker room in order to take advantage of any part of this promotion. Should you be passed the CD by a non representative of PokerRewards member poker room or if you are not the intended recipient of the CD, the entire offer is null and void.

Any promotion or giveaway run by the Poker Room for any kind of merchandise or cash is not inclusive of any taxes, registrations, licensing, insurance, postage or delivery unless otherwise stipulated within the promotion terms and conditions.

Any cash prizes awarded by the Poker Rooms will be paid directly into the recipients PokerRewards account or poker room account.
